How do I order?
Pick your pair and size, then order through our website, or send us a direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp.
How can I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash (01023034595), and online payment (cards and digital wallets via Paymob). For Cash on Delivery, our WhatsApp team contacts you to arrange the shipping fee, paid in advance. The pair’s price is paid on delivery.
How long does it take?
Each pair is made by hand after your order is confirmed. We ship within 5–7 days of preparation, to all governorates in Egypt.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is EGP 100. For Upper Egypt, Red Sea and Sinai governorates, it is EGP 150.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes, within 7 days (shipping fees apply).
Can I return my pair?
We don’t take returns. You can exchange your size within 7 days (shipping fees apply), and if anything is wrong with your pair, tell us within 48 hours.
Can I check my pair on delivery?
Yes. You may inspect your pair upon delivery.
How do I care for my pair?
Spot clean gently with a soft damp cloth. Don’t machine wash. Air dry away from direct sun to keep the colours bright.
